Monkey Butter

Apples slow cooked with added brown sugar and cinnamon make this a delectable treat. It is lighter in flavor than my traditional apple butter but just as yummy. Use it on biscuits, pancakes, on sandwiches and more. Ingredients: Apples, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Cinnamon
